Bob Christian, co-owner and director of our elite athlete training programs, spent 11 years in the NFL and serves as an associate coach and player mentor for the NFL combine prep program.

Bob's NFL career began with the Chicago Bears (1992–1994). Then he was with the Carolina Panthers (1995–1996). And completed his NFL career with the Atlanta Falcons (1997–2002).

During his NFL career, he was a 2001 offensive MVP for the Atlanta Falcons, where he served as starting fullback. Bob may be best known for scoring the first touchdown in Carolina Panthers franchise history during the 1995 Hall of Fame game versus the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Sports Illustrated selected Bob as the top fullback in the NFL during the 1998 season and former Falcons coach Dan Reaves has referred to Bob as the best fullback he has ever coached.

Pairing an extensive NFL background and coaching experience with a degree in engineering, Bob has learned to view the body as a machine and bases his TCBOOST training programs on the science of movement.
