We run a variety of speed and strength training programs and clinics for athletes in college programs and teams throughout the country, including: Wheaton College football, Dartmouth College tennis, and Northwestern University Athletics’ football & tennis speed program while consulting with all of NU’s other sports programs.

These training programs usually involve working with 10 to 50 athletes at a time on speed development in a team environment. We currently facilitate our collegiate training programs/clinics by running the groups at your facilities, providing optimum convenience for your coaches and athletes.
