Jamie came to us to achieve his dream, to be an Olympian at the 2010 Winter Games. We coached him through a custom program to improve all tryout measurables, a speed program for the sprints (15m, 30m, 30m fly) and a strength program for the shot toss, and the standing broad jump. Jamie had one of the best timing days in the group, scoring 755 out of a possible 790 points, and proudly represented Team USA at the Winter Olympics in the four-man bobsled.
