Mark Bartelstein from Priority Sports asked us to prepare Rashard for his 2008 Pro Timing Day and the NFL Draft. Our speed workouts were based on Rashard’s goal to run a 4.4 Forty. He exceeded his goal, running a 4.3 at the Combine. We have continued to work with Rashard off season focusing on even more speed development, and also work with his brother, Walter, who recently signed with the Buffalo Bills.
