TCBOOST Athlete, Jamie Moriarty Makes Team USA for the 2010 Winter Games

Jamie Moriarty played football at Cornell University graduating in 2006, and then planned to play arena football. After getting sidelined by an injury, he became interested in the sport of bobsled while watching the 2006 Olympic Games. The same year, he joined the U.S. bobsled team and has competed ever since. with his dream to make the 2010 Olympic Team. TCBOOST worked with Jamie on all his tryout measurables We designed a speed program for the sprints (15m, 30m, 30m fly) and a strength program for the shot toss, and the standing broad jump). He had one of the best timing days in the group, scoring 755 out of a possible 790 points, making Team USA for the four-man bobsled.
