A strong background in engineering and kinesiology, coupled with experience as coaches in the sports performance field was the key to the development of our cutting-edge training system. In addition to helping our athletes understand the reasons behind each drill, exercise, and skill we develop, our programs are based on a careful analysis of the physiological needs of each particular sport as well as the unique needs of the athlete we’re working with. We are constantly collecting and assimilating different points of data to refine our training philosophy and practices. In addition, every program we run includes before and after testing protocols that allow us to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our methods. And, to assure that we stay on the cutting edge of our field, our coaches not only keep up with the latest research in performance enhancement, but they are expected to continue their formal education as strength and conditioning specialists on an ongoing basis.
