In preparing for the Combine, we offer you very specific techniques for each of the tests that will yield the best possible times and results. These techniques include mastering the proper running mechanics for all the phases of the 40 from start to finish.
Our work with Garrett Wolfe highlights the effectiveness of these techniques. Prior to working with us, he wasn’t able to go more than half speed due to pulling a hamstring in the Senior Bowl. But our unique techniques in the pro-shuttle and 3-cone drills enabled him to reach the top times at the Combine in his drills.
Later, after his hamstring was fully recovered and he had completed another 3.5 weeks of training, he achieved a personal best 40-time of 4.38 at his Pro-Timing day even though most teams and scouts anticipated him to run in the 4.5’s and the initial timings of Garrett had him in the 4.6 range.
