Napoleon Harris is an excellent example of the difference we can make in the success of a professional athlete. Harris developed extraordinary speed under coach Christian’s program in college, achieving 4.49 40 and becoming the first round pick of the Oakland Raiders in 2002. After his fourth season in the NFL, he spent 9 weeks honing his skills with us in football specific speed and agility training during the off season, turning a sub-par previous year with the Vikings into a great second year.
This was crucial timing for Napoleon because he became an un-restricted free-agent following his second year in Minnesota. Due to his exceptional play that second season with the Vikings, he was awarded an outstanding contract as the starting Middle Linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Our off season and in season work outs are focused on advancement and extending your skills. Napoleon had this to say about our training “Thanks to training with Tommy, I have regained my speed and explosiveness at a critical time in my career. It feels great to be fast again!”
